These terms apply when you reserve or buy a vehicle from Auto Mercy of God Nigeria Limited (CAC 7328497). The final terms of each sale are confirmed in your sales agreement.
1. Our vehicles
We sell foreign-used (tokunbo) cars, SUVs and trucks. Photos, specifications and descriptions on this website are provided in good faith. Please inspect the vehicle and confirm any detail that matters to you before you pay.
2. Prices and availability
Prices are shown in Nigerian naira (₦). A vehicle shown on the website may already be reserved or sold, so availability and price are only confirmed when our team confirms them to you directly. If a listing contains an error, we will correct it before any sale.
3. Inspection
You may inspect any vehicle at our Lagos offices before you pay, and you are welcome to bring your own mechanic. Please call before visiting.
4. Reservation deposit
You may reserve a vehicle by paying a deposit. The deposit is a percentage of the price, agreed with our team before you pay. We will confirm in writing how long the vehicle is held.
5. Payment
- You may pay the full price at once, or in instalments with the balance paid within 15 days.
- Payment is accepted only into the company account in the name Auto Mercy of God Nigeria Limited. Always confirm the account details by phone before you pay.
- We never take payment on this website and never ask for payment into a personal account.
- We issue a receipt for every payment.
- We do not offer long-term financing, trade-ins or vehicle swaps.
6. Release of the vehicle
The vehicle and its documents are released once the full price has been paid.
7. Documents
You receive a sales receipt, a signed sales agreement and the customs duty papers for the vehicle. Registration (vehicle licence, proof of ownership, number plates, roadworthiness and insurance) can be arranged at an extra cost if you ask.
8. Delivery
We deliver anywhere in Nigeria. Delivery cost and timing depend on the destination and are agreed with you before you pay. You may also collect the vehicle from our Lagos office.
9. Refunds
Refunds depend on when the vehicle was collected and on the terms agreed at the time of sale. Our team will explain the refund terms that apply before you pay a deposit or instalment, and they will be recorded in your sales agreement.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
